Margarida and Nuno – Engagement Photo Shoot in Porto

When a couple chooses us to be their wedding photographers we always tell them that’s a good idea to have an engagement shoot with us before the big day. It’s complimentary for our wedding customers and it’s a good opportunity to get the bride and the groom at ease in front of the camera, get to know each other better, break the ice – and of course – get great and relaxed pictures of the two of them!

When we had this conversation with Margarida and Nuno they asked if we wouldn’t mind doing the shoot in Porto. That city means a lot to them because it’s where their paths crossed for the first time.

And oh boy we were so excited about this shoot. Believe it or not, it took me 35 years to visit Porto and before this shoot, I had only been there once. How could I? Being Portuguese, I’m almost ashamed to admit it! This city is breathtaking, authentic and of course – so romantic! It has a light of its own kind and so many amazing shooting locations – we couldn’t be happier with how the photos turned out and we also had an unforgettable day with these two.

These gorgeous lovers will ty the knot in October this year – but until then, enjoy their Porto engagement photo shoot.
